And what if it wasn't? Some of the comments that were just made were extremely rude. Consider that he IS Chinese and doesn't understand/speak English very well. He was possibly trying his damn hardest to communicate with you guys on what he wants.

There's an entire Chinese forum dedicated to StepMania, and probably considering that Chinese people use the Chinese internet, he'd probably find that website first.
If he lives in the US, or something, then we could maybe direct him to http://www.ddrcn.com, where people speak the same language he does.
