a peppy take on a ranking metric that aims to be more contextually relevant. clarifications follow:
* favours skill, cannot be farmed (trust me).
* weights difficult maps higher (and doesn't use broken stars).
* diminishes naturally over time (if you are inactive for a year you'll lose up to half your score)
* there are no penalties for "bad" scores — only rewards for good ones.
* yes, approved maps are included.
* accuracy is considered.
* mod weightings are slightly adjusted for fairness.
* updates 2+ times a day currently. may become real-time in the future.
* taiko/ctb: mode-specific difficulties are favoured.
still fine-tuning. a proper name and more specific details will be given once ready to go live. discuss any odd cases you may find.
