I have 26k credits right now ... I can probably get to 30k whenever I feel like it, and when I do, I'll donate 5k-ish ... hopefully other people donate as well.

I guess it's just not allowed to charge something when you register in order to make a profit and use it as the prize. That means donating should technically be allowed.
