Shot my average rank down from 32.xx to 9.xx; snagged around 50 AAAs in the process. Still have a little ways to go, but I should be running into the harder, have-been-rotting-in-level-ranks-for-a-while files pretty soon.

Most notable AAA through the rank improvement was a Pollyanna Rocks My World sightread.
