This confused me at first. I thought it was asking me, "If you are mostly composed of blood (which I am, getting my attention), then throw it up." 'It' in that sentence must refer to the only noun listed, which was blood. So I thought Jurs was asking me to vomit up some blood. Then the whole gang thing came out and things made (a little more) sense.
