SONIC WAS ALREADY TALKED ABOUT IN THIS THREAD! Everybody who reads this thread knows that Sonic is in the game!

Rawr, your entire argument is retarded to say the least. By your logic, if I can't do a wavedash, I'm a noob? That's like saying if I don't have ball handling skills in basketball I suck and should just stop playing. It's people like you that make me dislike the tourney scene.

I'll admit it. I was a hardcore tourneyfag until I finally realized that these rules prohibited things that were put into the game for a reason i.e. items. If Nintendo didn't want items in the game in the first place, they would have never put them in to begin with. However they did because it was to make the game fun. Another thing, you keep bringing up all these technical terms for SSBM. Yeah, you do realize that most of those terms are glitches found within the game 3-4 years after the game was released right? Had Nintendo put them in deliberately in 2001 when the game first came out then I wouldn't be typing this at all. I'm glad wavedashing is not in Brawl. Maybe the ****ing tourneyfags will stop trying to push their single-minded views on those who just want to enjoy the game.

PS- I'd be willing to MM you for money. I want to show that I can play by the:

NO ITEMS

FOX ONLY

FINAL DESTINATION

and still win despite your obvious ignorance.

Yeah, once again. We're not wasting time and money just to make some random Internet guy understand that people can be good at a game without playing against MLG players.

If you care so much, you come up here.

...Or wait for Brawl to come out, exchange friend codes, and go at it. You can even get a third person to just stand there and watch to regulate the match.

I know Chromer's going to be one of the first people I compete against in Brawl among FFR vets.

I might not play brawl. Trying to go big with halo 3...if I do decide to go to brawl I will def play anyone on this site or anyone period.

L2awr i might agree with you a little bit but unless you're a common tourny winner i have no doubt i would obliterate you. I would agree though that if you don't even L cancel then you don't stand a chance to a tourny regular that's just a fact.

Naw I dont tourny for smash brothers melee. I do L-cancel, wave dash and short hop and all that other stuff though and I do play with some of the best players in GA. Whose your characters? I use sheik, peach and marth

The problem with people and this game is that they like to brag so much about how good they are and yet when the time comes for them to play, they get owned. I'll just show you my abilities, not tell them to you. Oh and if you wanna get the brakes beat off you in Brawl, give me your Wii Friend code soon. *still hate the fact its coming out Feb 2008*

I hate tournament rules, it makes the game boring.

i think im gonna miss my country T_T the tournament rules there were(in some places):
items + randome selected stage + 4 players

i wanna fight squeek and chromer once brawl is out, (if and only if marth is in brawl, if not then i'll train with another characters for a week
