When I was playing a few days ago, I was complaining to a few other people that I was having trouble on higher frame rates - it was causing me to not really have a solid focal point on the screen and I was basically reading patterns in chunks over and over again. I mean, to the point of doing it for an entire song, and it was legitimately causing a goddamn headache. All I did was move my judgment back towards the middle/bottom-half of my screen, and now I can not only relax my eyes, but also have them trace certain patterns at will.

This is literally fucking amazing.

Making a brief return to FFR for the upcoming OT. I don't have indepth memory of most of the files at this point (obviously not for the ones that have been added since I last played) so it's a fresh start somewhat this year.


No idea if it's decent but it felt clean enough to me (1.2x)

My accuracy on speed is definitely better now; I couldn't get below 30s on this before

Control on one hand trilling isn't doing too bad either (at least for short bursts, still can't do the [13][24] trill on Crow's Ghost)

Revenge from back in the 9th OT where this was the tiebreaker that eliminated me from the running

Didn't think it was that great, but I played it again after and got dunked so hard. How the hell did I do this?

Forgot to post this - I cleaned up my Heterochromia score last night, but couldn't seal the deal because I suddenly realized how hard the pattern at ~400 really is. The moment I clear that up again, I should be good to go.

I'm unconscionably bad at right-hand jacks now (exacerbated by not playing since 10th official where I was already bad at them) so those parts of the file play like grind2 to me ie a 98.

The long down jack is no prob once I'm warm though, I just haven't let any scores through because they're embarrassingly cucky with like 20 misses lmfao (I think it's also partially my kb because Caffeine took forever to nail thanks to misses in the middle of the jumptrills??????).
