Spending, leveling, killing enemies, the amount of lives between each wave, and the amount of lives at the end of the map all affect scoring.

That's from the Protectopedia. I guess if you lost a life during wave one, it would affect you throughout the entire game since it scores lives between levels. Also I think the amount of gold you have at the end affects it too.

Commander: I know all of that. Which is why my score in 1 try is higher than Rubix's in 2... I was putting a tiny bit of attention towards score. Very little, but a bit. And I could easily beat the level while still putting a lot more attention towards it.

Well I copied/pasted it because Rubix said he did not know what exactly went into the scoring for each level.

Edit: I am giving up on the Protector hard badge. I have tried the last 5 levels, and I suck at all of them. -___- I might retry sometime later, but for now it's going on hold.

How the....... hell.... did you get 9247 on Micro Olympics, Rubix? My best was 8292, beating smartdude's 8247 and Tass's 8146. ;D

Micro Olympics is easy to get 9500+ on, you just need to use an ingame glitch. There are a handful of videos on it, just check youtube.

Basically, you need to sacrifice the first of the 3. Once you have max everything, fire straight up, then, the instant before you land, fire a booster. You should land in the water with the booster only a tiny bit used.

The next round, you start with that boost, which gets you the extra distance. Best way to maximize distance is to aim low, max power (duh?), use a frog thing right as the first jump, then use all 3 boosts right after the frog thing. Then 3 skis, 2 remaining frogs.

EDIT: Finally got the pandemic imp badge. And not bothering with protector, that has to be one of the most boring defense games ever.

A completely off-topic thing, but I went and completed the 7 Deadly Sins badge if anyone ever cares. I really don't like Kongregate that much, but it's something to do when your bored to effing hell.

PS: I'm not bothering with Protecter. I'll probably do some playing to just get those 500 kills, get the card, and just set the game out of the way. I'm not much of a badge fan. >_>

Commander: i had left the room when he said that. i'm guessing i could beat 1.48 with a few more modifications. i made some mistakes.

would also be cool if we knew EXACTLY how the formula for score worked... whether hoarding gold for many levels is best, whether not leaking any is best... or what. as is, you just have to guess.
