Now that I think about it, I'm not really sure where the line is drawn. I know that Opie and Anthony did a stunt where they sent a couple of comedians on a glass bus with a bunch of naked strippers through Manhatten, and they got arrested, but the judge let them go. So I'm not sure if a car is considered a public place or not, if you can see into it.

It's sorta retarded that public nudity or public displays of sexual activity are banned at least in this country. All it seems to have done is pervert the country.

Exactly. The idea of sexuality being an evil literally TURNS IT INTO an evil. If we were open about sexuality and our bodies and such, none of this would be a problem at all.
People can suggest that it would be chaotic, but the "chaos" seen in sexually active people in our culture comes from the fact that we're so pretentiously modest about sexuality.
If it wasn't and people didn't care (as they shouldn't--it's natural and healthy)... people... wouldn't care.

I'm not trying to say we should all go form a nudist colony. I'm just saying that it's ridiculous how much we care about sexuality and nudity.

i dont think its illegal but itll sure piss any normal minded person off if they're trying to eat a hamburger and all they can see is this carr bouncing up and down in one place w/ lots of "YESS"s and "OOOH"s

Do it anyway. Having sex in your car is fun. Although, I have passed a cop speaking to two people who were in the back of a dark parked car away from traffic. Didn't stay to see what happened, but it was pretty funny.

As has already been said, at worst it is likely a harsh warning not to do it again. Especially if you are wise with your choice of location.

For the actual crimes... it varies by state. My guess is it could be some kind of combination of indecent exposure, lewd & lascivious behavior, and/or performing illegal sexual acts.

Honestly, I dont think having sex in your car would be all that comfortable. The reason people do it is because they have nowhere else to f*ck in private.
