I reread EoD, and it's actually when KAPPA gets votes that the scramble onto Haku begins.

roundbox, I don't think you ever described why you voted Haku at the end there. why did you vote him? there was zero action around him in the last few minutes.

Your EOD was reminiscent of the most recent TWEWY game. I remember wolfreading you at an EOD for being frozen, and I thought it was happening again. As soon as I posted my vote with my observation in tow, you made a post right around the same time that went completely against my point (you were making very surface-level posts around the same topic). I thought I was wrong about you, so I went to Haku because of their vote on Logman.
Once the heat started piling on Haku (my vote with Force and Blind was unintentionally simultaneous), I jumped off. I kinda regret it in retrospect, because I don't see any foul play with blind, and I've been pretty fond of Force's game so far.

He went for an off-wagon after an unvote. Sure, you can say I did the same thing, but I'm not sure what the vote from Celery on to mcdaddio with that specific reasoning really satisfies my "yeah, this is a good reason to not jump on a train"

to a point, I do think it is a slightly bad habit of mine to be stubborn and typically give more preference to wagons I started and vote off the main stuff (early game), but eh, I think I've said enough

This is a really bad post in retrospect. It lacks urgency. "I like it." is a weird tone to justify swapping onto Haku, a rando.

I'm assuming we'll get the same information out of xiz being eliminated here or <insert player here> being eliminated here. I don't think sacrificing Xiz specifically is going to give us any better results than another player.

Voting off a wolf in this game doesn't even have the same consequence as usual, so trying to play this game 100% like a "normal" game and hoping it'll work out is wishful thinking imho.

I think I sort of get the story here. Sort of

Kappa was gaining traction, so votes were placed there. But momentum was cooling down, so votes needed to go somewhere else.

To protect Ben.

Funky's vote came super last-minute. It almost came down to a KitB. Ben's wagon was fairly stable. So either place votes on Logman, or find another CFD, and siphon votes away from Ben.

I think roundbox's vote was an accident in this context. Wrong place at the wrong time.
Force's is extremely suspicious.
blind's is also actually extremely suspicious. If he weren't a PR he would look super bad. (The PR thing is the only thing saving him right now. Revisit him later.)
Xiz's could go either way.
storn's looks like shit.

Ben and Force look like a concrete wolf pairing to me. storn, maybe. Will need to look into more

To give some context to some of my earlier posts, I believed that there is a non-neglible chance that there are a pair of wolves in the other game. In particular, I was thinking that log and gold were a possible wolf pairing. This was why I didn't appear too enthralled when gold said that he thinks that subaru should take the hit, especially if the plan was coming from him.

I was planning to wait until the insta before starting to move my mental energy to the main game. I know it should be possible to "chew gum and walk" at the same time, but I was seeing this as a two-step process where the 2nd step (figuring out what to do in this game) is highly dependent on the 1st step (having an insta occur in the other game) in which case, worrying about that 2nd step.

It's unfortunate that what happened is way outside the realm of possibilities I had in my head. I was not expecting the self-vote by gold and I was not expecting thesunfan to end the phase the way he did. A lot of my previous thoughts up to this point was under the impression that gold was likely wolf, but I don't think a wolf would self-vote like gold did and so now I'm needing to re-evaluate things for this game.

So by what I just read and your earlier posts, you believe there has to be a wolf in the other game? Am I reading you right?
