Oh, you're right. Rias Gremory in the standard high school DxD stuff doesn't seems to have sword related content on first sight.

Time for another crazy theory. This one is just to get the impossible confirmed: if the true love of mine is still alive and hasn't seen me yet, the only person who has any ability to see me is Dev. This lends credence to my whole "it could be town that has to visit me" theory. The odds of it being Cocoa are much higher because I'm PRETTY sure that Xiz made it out to be that way. Reread these roles again, not a single person has a role that suits the type of mechanics your role has

the closest would be how Ike worked, but that was actually based on the level up mechanics so it made sense canonically

even gradiant's role makes perfect sense to me because I happen to have read that manga / and watched the anime (it's good btw) but those are based on actions, not being targeted.

No roles in this game have otherwise required any targets to themself to do anything, there is no reason canonically for you to have one.

I am into angle shooting you to death because I think you're skitting around your role. I only think you have that type of a role if Issei himself is in the game.

Which, is unlikely based on dabackpack being the one who picked the waifu / husbando for that slot. It's likely the idiot from that AWFUL umineko manga.
