                    Everyone should be placed now. However, I still haven't taken care of pending division changes just yet. If you haven't been placed, it is because for some reason, you were initially not eligible to participate and you should have received a PM. If you've responded, I'll be addressing your PM's later tonight and hopefully get you placed soon.

                                    Power is too easy and Policy in the Sky is too hard
                                    EDIT: Policy in the sky is much more manageable at .5x speed, only missed 3 notes

                                            Just to clear any future questions about late placement now, anyone could theoretically join up if and place well if the threshold for top 8 or a prize win was over the 5 good penalty for submitting late?
