I mean...until you go through with the surgery and everything you are still the sex you are born. Just simply saying you are the other doesnt really make sense and doesnt change anything. Just because you want to be transgender doesnt mean you ARE THAT SEX. It simply means you want to be that sex. Theres alot more to it than just saying. You have to do.

I would argue that the surgery isn't needed as opposed to significant hormone levels, but the rest would be right.

ya but for some reason the act of having a peen or a vajeen for some people causes dysphoria so i mean, i feel theyd get upset being called a penis-haver lol, i like ur idea tho
