The day ended in what seemed like no time at all.

A decision had been reached.

Xelnya was finally chosen to be lynched for today.

Freezin spent most of the day against the wall watching the events of the day unfold. Opinions were shared, arguments were had, and insults were thrown.

But at last that was all over.

Jade, who had also spent most of the day entertaining herself on something that looked like the computers people used centuries ago, finally looked up in obvious satisfaction.

>made up your mind huh?? then its time to bring the first day to a close.


She got up and dusted off her dress, and sauntered over to where the group was.

Xelnya was standing by himself, looking wildly around. Any semblance of calmness was gone, replaced by a wild look of terror.

"You're wrong! Can't you see? I'm not allied with them! I'm on your side!" He said this and many other things to anyone who would listen. Nobody could look him in the eye. Freezin looked at his feet and took a few steps back. How could we look at him?

Freezin was not a part of the process but he couldn't help but think what everyone else was thinking.

We killed him.

Xelnya was standing by himself away from the group a bit. Jade smiles at him and remarks.

A flash, a blur of movement, and then nothing.

Jade...grew dog ears.

And now she looks completely different.

But most importantly, she is pulling her fist out of Xelnya's chest.

He falls to the ground dead.

FreezinIce is speechless. So is everyone else.

She turns to the group and smirks.

She begins to walk back to the wall. Over her shoulder she casually lets everyone know that Xelnya....

The night came, but sleep did not come with it.

FreezinIce sat against the same wall he had spent all day against. With the exception of the seemingly ever-present form of the creature known as Jade Harley, he was alone in the room.

He didnt know what to think anymore. What he had thought of as a slightly creepy and powerful girl had revealed herself to be a shapeshifting, violent animal. His mind recalled the horrific spectacle of just a few hours ago. Xelnya had been chosen to be lynched, and Jade had...morphed, then carried out the death sentence almost instantly. She had plunged her hands into Xelnya and left a hole in his chest with an easy strength, almost as if she was crumpling a piece of paper.

In the process, she had grown dog ears, and her clothes transformed, changing from a vibrant but simple green dress to a fantastical black outfit with a strange symbol on it. She radiated a sort of dreadful power that had instinctively cause Freezin to want to stay as far away from the beast as possible.

Yet here he was. Maybe his sense of danger and self-preservation had just been too heavily taxed by this insane situation and vanished.

Earlier she had sent everyone else away, telling them to sleep. When he turned to leave as well, Jade had wordlessly shaken her head, and gestured to the spot by the wall with a smile. He had sat down with a sort of final resignation. He had no powers, his job was just to watch what was unfolding around him.

Even had he possed any powers, there was no fighting this monstrous girl. She clearly existed on another plane of strength compared to the rest of them.

While Freezin sat lost in his thoughts, Jade had walked over and now stood above him. Still wearing the strange outfit from earlier, she resembled what she had told InDheart she was earlier. What was it again? A Witch of Space? The words were somewhat fitting.

She moved her hands from behind her back, and Freezin slightly moved away in apprehension. However, she simply handed him a blanket and pillow with the same creepy smile she almost always wore masquerading as a look of concern.

The same manically cheerful voice as always. The same faked innocence. Her demeanor was starting to aggravate Freezin. This murderer stood before him and talked casually to him as if they were equals.

No sooner had he thought these words, she cocked her head slightly and asked with a puzzled tone.

Freezin did not trust himself to speak. This feeling of rage was something he had almost never experienced in all of his life. In Ancardia, among the Revolution, such emotions were almost foreign. All that had mattered was perfecting the art of competition. Nothing he had learned could prepare him to cope with the situation he found himself in.

A blow to his mentality, made worse by the fact that he had not been a part of the deliberations. Had he been a part of the game, maybe he could have saved Xelnya. But instead, he was forced to watch as a powerless observer.

Jade continued speaking, her voice taking on a rare edge of hardness.

The last sentence was spoken with a distance that clearly indicated there was more to the story. Freezin didnt bite however. The pain of loss, of watching his friend die was still too raw. He had enough to worry about without listening to the problems of his captor. The split second passed and her smile returned.

Freezin nodded.

With these final words and a giggle, she slips away and disappears into the darkness of the far end of the room. The lights finally dimmed to complete blackness and he was alone again with his thoughts. Settling into a sleeping position with the blanket and pillow, his mind surrendered to exhaustion shortly after.

Freezin is awake almost instantly, and is buffeted by the tension in the room.

Everyone had been woken up it seems and were all in the room again with him. Despite this, there were almost no sounds save for a scarce few whispers grating against the silence like nails on a chalkboard.

It took a few moments of his mind fully waking up and grasping the situation before he realized what was wrong with the situation.

There were people missing.

InDheart was on the ground with his knees in his hands rocking back and forth. AA and Haku both met his eyes and gave him almost imperceptible nods. Someone he now knew as Yeti shrugged her shoulders slightly as if to say "I have no idea whats going on either." Mellon was on the ground next to InDheart, at a loss on how to comfort someone experiencing a complete mental breakdown.

Amidst all these simultaneously unfolding scenes, the silence was again broken by Jade.

The mystery of the missing people came into terrible clarity. They had been killed by the ones they thought of as friends. Jade had nothing to do with it this time. Freezin was suddenly acutely glad he had been told to sleep in the common room by Jade.

After announcing this like some kind of perverted game show host, Jade took a step back from the group and held out her hand which began glowing with a dark aura.

Before them, the bodies of the sun fan, kirkfan2255, and ShadoWolfe materialized from a dark portal that vanished almost instantly. They were lifeless and each had multiple wounds on them.

As she began teleporting the bodies away one by one, she announced that...

I want to see more from round/Mellon today especially

Shado/kirk were gonna make the list but rip

Like manti more than I did at yesterday EOD because his approach to blind feels ocnsistent with what he said about him, even though his one post about him was not great

Had a mindmeld with yeti about mantis comment about feeling out of hand wrt EOD so that's a point pushing her towards town, caveat being that's not something that hard to fake
