So, I've read this wall of text about how to play.
It's telling me to be courteous with everyone so they will most likely want to team up with me and respect my play.
Memes and shitposting is also important to make sure the game is fun. If it's not fun, players are more likely to sit back and play passively.
Celirra appears to be the second first or the first second if I am not first and also not second.
It seems like he's following the charismatic (saving the bad joke) idea to appeal emotions and claim a good position within the pool of players to receive attention.
I don't know what's his plan yet, but I'm unconsciously cheering up for the idea that maybe something cool will happen.
