I looked at the wagons last night -- in particular, votes that were on neither Toyota or UPS. In particular, I looked at the Facebook wagon ----

Amazon, Walmart, and China Mobile.

Amazon I suspect is town because of the Amazon-UPS connection others have brought up. Walmart flipped acq., which for all intents and purposes is town on D0. I decided to look into China Mobile.

They have only 10 posts, but those posts are rather dense.

For reference, here is the timeline:

Does it really matter at this stage in the game? I know you're dreaming of early day 1 wagons or whatever the hell it is, but to me there's just so little substance to build those wagons on. I can help prod UPS with you but it's not really going to do anything till EOD anyway. Who else is on your radar?

Facebook is completely understandable to me, see above. How are you viewing Facebook right now? Throwing UPS to the bottom is probably more related to inactivity than anything else, but yeah.

This reads to me as somebody who initially wanted to prod a wolf partner into engaging with the thread, and then as EOD approached and UPS was becoming a serious wagon, switched to another wagon to save their partner.

The question is "why not move to Toyota?" but I'll see what your thoughts are

this looks like it could be the reason. They voted the same time as apple, and apple lynched the wolf. It falls in line.

Its not unknown to ffr to bus your teammate from the start, so you need more than that. I still think you're town, just tunnelling.

While this is on my mind, I literally cannot recall the last time a wolf bused their partner from the start.

I think this point is actually dumb as shit as a result. If you can like, link a time where this happened within the past year, then I'll feel better about this, otherwise this just feels like trying to find a hole for the sake of finding a hole.

In the spirit of anonymity I won't describe what happened, but I'll be able to be around more now. I'm catching up on the pages I don't have as fast as I can, here are some thoughts while I read and do a time-relevant activity:

I don't have much (any?) experience playing as 3p, can we read off Walmart's pushes? For example they only had so much information, but I think it looks decent for Facebook that Walmart was suggesting a lynch on them. Since the Acquisitioner's prime directive d1 is to live and second is probably to thin down the town, I assume any efforts to go against the flow were either to stave off a lynch or to push town. They also tried to push Toyota, who I'm about to talk about in a minute, and defended Visa. The other thing about Facebook is their refusal to vote, it could have been a serious accountability dodge there but they also could have helped their buddy if they were a wolf. I think such an awkward post is made by a sincere villa most of the time. Since Facebook wasn't very involved last time I was here, it's not surprising they might have felt uncomfortable voting.

UPS not self-preserving makes that vote really hard to parse. (Also I don't think my vote was counted?) It looks like Toyota v / UPS w if only because I find it hard to believe nobody tries to save a BPV but I can't be sure because there was a third wagon on Facebook (who was being pushed by 3p) and a lot of people abstained. If people could explain why they abstained that would help me a lot. The other reason I think it was a v/w split is because Toyota's "death manifesto" looks like a real effort to help town in the longterm after their death, rather than just set up a lynch.

GE gave me weird vibes, I will have to go find the post.

IBM I really have to object to you posting in your handwriting, I physically can't read your posts, maybe keep it to a few words per post. You have nice handwriting but some of us have bad eyes. Also it personally keeps me from feeling the voice in your writing style and I don't like it.

Looking through what i missed in EOD, this post is garbage. Though, trying to figure out if it's scum being dumb and wanting to avoid hitting a buddy instead of bussing, or town just being dumb. Leaning more scummy

Wouldn't a wolf scramble to not die? While their posts weren't all that good, they had more presence in the thread than UPS did, so they were able to try to post to get out of the wagon choices if they were scum

What does the 'after all' have to do with your first line? I was bringing up that a scum in the thread (not UTR like UPS) would be more likely to fight to not get killed and Wells Fargo had said that wasn't the case.

Actually not fond of it. The drastic change gives impression that they're doing the same thing as last phase with looking for a way to not be acquisitioned, but since this is a new phase they started doing this method with, they could've been taken over and this is a cover
