The only scenario where this makes sense is if you're a power role and you got a information about a visit by Rapta on Xiz by example.

It's not worth it to soft claim stuff, if you got a wolf down, it's time to claim.

I'm considering mass claim atm in order to create a situation where we have 2 confirmed town players because of PRs for process of elimination.

We're currently 5:2 and having 2 confirmed PRs as town will make solving a lot easier if no PR actually have significant visits.

If you're a PR and your target visited no one, the likeliness of that person being town is also really high. There's only 50% chance you targeted the wrong wolf. The false positive is the other town PR. Mass claim would solve that for you.

I think with the XelNya wagon with Xiz solved we enough information to secure a wolf kill.

Here's the joke.

Let's say you claim Tracker, you will never die by lynch unless someone else claims Tracker.

If that happens, we thunderdome you both and lynch the liar eventually who will technically flip wolf.

I'd like to, but I can't possibly disprove that. However Ill just say that my strategy doesnt involve me being power town

Like I said, no power town involved. Im not saying I am not a power town, just saying that it's irrelevant.

However for the sake of argument, -IF- I am a power town, lynch Rapta. I already have two votes and it'd be a waste if I died

Yeah, there's 2 chances left.

We can afford to mess up once if a counterclaim goes wrong and force a wolf kill.

If there's no counterclaim, it means the PRs are both town and should be off the table until the end of the game.

If you know you're town, that means there's only 2 wolves + 2 other town left to evaluate.

If you add the information of the visits + the wagon, that may solve 1-2 players.

This looks really good on paper imo.
