Re: TWG CLXVII Game Thread How Was Awakening Reviewed
For Mellon:
me and Tokzic on Haku:
Tokzic disagrees, but says he could see this if Haku dropped off of his posting volume. Which was in line with my thought process at the time.
On Soundwave:
Is this an attempt to get me off of voting you before you fall apart again?????
Okay, I'll bite for now.
soundwave's entrance post bugged me when I was reading through the thread. My notes say (s)he obviously isn't doing detective work as sumfan posted in post 133 about flashflash's reason for removal, and soundwave guesses about role pm shenanigans in post 188.
Shouldn't have to guess when a solid FACT is in the thread.Another instance of Tokzic tailing the Soundwave idea, noting he might be on board with a lynch. Maybe not a mindmeld here, but a similar thought process development here which i'm not sure is organic on tokzic's side.
On InDheart, in reference to his view of how to read the soundwave post that irked me:
Agrees with me again, but adds a qualifier to the end to keep the idea looking unique to him.
I need to look into Tokzic's other pushes because i can't tell if these three items are us both having similar thoughts, or if this is him shadowing me to opportunistically start a wagon if it developed right.AAA's = 800

Re: TWG CLXVII Game Thread How Was Awakening Reviewed
who would you vote then mmlOk so
Unvote
I won't vote for Roundbox because of good post+town slip
I won't vote for Freezin because of how gung-ho he is on d0. This is very similar to how he played our first game together where he got aggressive with Gradiant and mislynched for it.
I won't vote Haku because I probably just hate how Haku approaches the game and in all honestly my first read of him being town is probably correct. Reading Haku within the first 10 pages is pretty easy most of the time and Im probably over thinking it. I'll reevaluate him tomorrow.
I do not like DPB's vote on Freezin. I almost want to give him a pass because coming back a third time on d0 is pretty town-DPB but the way he just wants to jump on people is concerning. Welp, I guess that makes me a little black pot to say but still it reads wrong to me. Probably wouldn't vote him unless he drops completely or does something weird.
I can't defend Soundwave but I think people are giving him too much shit. He's lurking now so maybe hell post and I'll have a better opinion of him.
Have yet to see Xel come back, still didn't like his content.
Still think Xiz is not playing his usual game.
I feel that Blind is embracing the whitest of noise
Still disagree with Tiloco, I almost feel like he isn't trying hard enough.
.....that's all for now.

Re: TWG CLXVII Game Thread How Was Awakening Reviewed
I could see this being organic, and actually I'd like to think it is. Tokzic significantly misinterpreted my play in the last game (I think that's fair to say), and the more neutral stance seems like a rational and organic response.Originally posted by [11:38 PM] Hakulyteonly person who can legit tilt me is like YoshLOriginally posted by スンファンさん右に3回回らない限り間違います。Comment

Re: TWG CLXVII Game Thread How Was Awakening Reviewed
Thanks for the post. I can definitely see what you mean about him having similar ideas to yours. It seems pretty subtle but it could be a strat I could see Tokzic using as a wolf to gain direction for good lynch candidates. The way he has presented his ideas seems pretty organic but of course there is no way to tell for sureFollow my dog on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Riles_puppyComment

Re: TWG CLXVII Game Thread How Was Awakening Reviewed
the one thing I look for above all else is wishy-washiness and lack of commitments
MML's latest post reeks of it
this is the same kind of thing, you're positioning yourself to follow through with any outcome w/r/t tokzic but let me review the contextThanks for the post. Re: TWG CLXVII Game Thread How Was Awakening Reviewed
I'm about half way through my reads list but there is no chance I am going to be able to finish it before eod. Still have way too much packing to do and that needs to start like now. I'm going to post my reads list as far as it is and then leave for a while.Comment

Re: TWG CLXVII Game Thread How Was Awakening Reviewed
1) Hakulyte (Town): I liked his reactions to MML early in the game. They felt... almost robotic which is a bad thing normally but he clearly has the capability to get angry and implode which I would imagine he is a lot more likely to do as mafia. Being able to and wanting to control his emotion is a good thing in this situation. Then he had his interaction with blind which, as I've stated many times, was likely t/t. I do think that mafia Haku could have played it a similar way if Blind was town but I think there is no other way a town Haku would have reacted there and I already had him leaning town before then. Since then he's kept up his activity but hasn't had any really strong interactions. Now I did find it odd that he was saying that lynching in inactives is not preferable and should only be a last resort but then followed up with saying that active players are more likely to be town and he doesn't want to lynch them. Care to elaborate?
After typing Haku's I realize that I will not be able to get through all of my reads and give people time to react to them before eod so I'm going to have to trim some of the fat here. I can go more in depth with other reads if asked but I will go with quicker reads from here on
3) inDheart (Null/ want to call town): Been a hard one for me. Has a lot of content and has been generally around but he seems almost too nice? He's made the snarky comment every once in a while but hasn't been anything aggressive. Probs not looking at him today especially since I think he won't be around for eod
4) MML (Null): Looking through his iso I can't even find all that much that shows interaction with Haku. Sure it's here and there but I remembered it being a lot more prevalent than it actually is. He's still encouraged a good amount of discussion though and I appreciate his restraint when causing fights. Not an awful candidate for a potential lynch but not high on my list either.
5) Cold Kitten/ Celirra (Null): Nuff said
6) XelNya (slight maf): I figured he'd be the type to shitpost endlessly but there hasn't been much of that. He's had more content than I expected and early on which is completely different than I've seen in live and as others have mentioned it I assume it's against his meta here too. That being said the things he's brought up felt towny.
7) roundbox (slight town): Not a lot of posts but very content filled ones and I liked most of his commentary. Was very easy to see where he was coming from when multi-quoting.
8) Xiz (man I want you to be town but I ain't feelin it): You started off really strong which seemed weird but people assured me that it was normal. Then you did nothing. Then you came back with late reaction posts and they didn't seem real at all. I had a very hard time figuring out where your head was at while reading them. Going to need something better from youComment
