I understand your point. Unfortunately I have sort of been following the game from a distance because I've been really busy the past few days, which I was not anticipating. So I've been having to catch up on many pages at a time and view them sort of "from a distance" after the fact.

I realize that other people have brought up that point but maybe that's because it is a valid point. If you go back and read the last EOD, Backpack's posts look very bizarre. I have been trying to analyze votes and EOD behaviour, and Backpack sticks out quite a lot. And the complete drop off in activity is out of character.

But you do have a point. I'll continue analyzing the thread and will point out anything I can think of. I understand the importance of original thoughts and having everyone's perspective in the game.

It's just been a bit tough because I haven't had as much time as I thought I would when I signed up and I kind of underestimated the time commitment to the game since I haven't played in a while. Not an excuse though, I will try to do better

Can you do that before this phase ends?

btw if we ignore DBP/botchi you're currently my top scum with Juckter1 being pretty close as well.

I did have a thing against Zenith, but based of his read of me, it's easier to understand his stance.

I'm still getting ready, and just wanna note that you seem to have plenty of support on DBP already, which is kind of worrying and that maybe keeping my one vote on botchi might be better.
With that said, though, I wouldn't blame anyone but DBP if this is a mislynch.

I'm out forreal this time, and I'm liking my vote 'cause I think DBP is a likely SK given my Botchi/Juckter wolfteam reasoning. Reducing killcount by one for the remainder of the game is great for town, actually, especially if I hit wolf tonight. Later, y'all.

And, actually, to be quite honest, killing SK is actually a bad idea this phase.

Let the SK and wolves duke it out. We don't need to fucking help our enemies here.

General observations:

So, I'm liking what I've seen from Zenith today. His post parsing makes sense, and while it's possible to pick posts apart while being anti-town, the effort involved is considerable. He also seems to coming to reasonable conclusions in doing so.

Some people have basically said nothing this game day. It's highly unlikely that every inactive poster (and/or low content poster) is a wolf/the sk, but it seems pretty likely that there are a few in that group. As a game condenses, it's harder for a wolf to hide, so an unwillingness to talk (and particularly to stand up for one's past content or lack thereof) is a red flag.

I still can't read Xel. I'm second guessing practically everything I think about them. But I think Xel is trending town for me. There have been some substance posts from him now, and they don't feel manufactured.

I'm increasingly uneasy about DFR, mainly because he's the new person occupying the "posting enough to fit in, but not saying a whole lot" slot. I think what it really comes down to is that DFR has (or had) been slowly trending more toward content and confidence across the two aborted and one completed games I've seen, and started out this game in that mode as well. But for the second half of D0, and all of today, he's felt more restrained, and the content I've seen has more been about other people's lack of activity. That doesn't necessarily mean a whole lot, since there's not a big gap between what I'm seeing and what I'm expecting. I'm still null here, but barely.
