I always thought Grist jacks were very trivial compared to some of those bursts

I always thought Grist jacks were very trivial compared to some of those bursts

All dependent on skillset, for sure. I can much more easily do the 280 BPM jumpstream/handstream bursts than I can sustaining long 140 jacks. The 140 jacks are less demanding physically for someone who can handle them, but my left index finger is absolutely horrible at doing extended jacks, whoops.
