Head over to the FFR Batch Forum for all the details on how you can get your file into the game. The Artist Permissions forum section will help you find out if FFR has permission to use the song your file goes with.

It's like a big majestic dopey elephant with a unicorn horn and wings. Several years in the making, damn near a myth at this point.
It's beautiful, MASSIVE, and spans almost every genre. Seriously. You name it: Jazz, Rock, EDM (Dubstep, DnB, Electro, Rave, Trance), Classic/Pianerz, Country, Big Band and Swing, remixes, and of course the best genre of all time and the soul of this pack, classic good ol' VGM.
Everything of this pack so far quality and presentation-wise has been superb. One of the biggest packs, and the biggest by far VGMP, of all time. This is a project of love, and I'm sorry it's taking so long for me to finish up my piece because I genuinely ensure there is an extra shine of polish on each file, particularly those that are my favorites.
That being said...Warning: Rant Incoming... Not to outright call anyone out, but if you're going to go over someone's head and whip up graphics for a file that someone has already called and is working on, then you had at least better be able to do as decent or better of a job than that other person. Seriously. If you send in stuff like this, then all you're doing honestly is wasting your time because there is absolutely no way such a presentation will do the file justice.
I try to make each set of graphics match the feel and spirit of the song and file; as unique and non-generic as possible, spending up to anywhere between 30 minutes to a few hours on a set.
This literally looked like a kid drew a city on a lite brite magic screen, slapped on some text, added a couple of filters to everything, and called it a day without even listening to the song. I see this as somewhat disrespectful towards not only myself, but the person who made the file (Which is a WONDERFUL file at that).
Please understand that Wes and I have spent easily over hundreds of hours working on this project. We want to get this out to you as quickly as possible, but we don't want this to be some kind of mickey mouse rush job. Just look at some of the graphics Wes posted a page back... The presentation is there. This is the standard in which we wish to adhere.
Re: The VideoGame MegaPack 4 (SUBMISSIONS CLOSED)!
I'm assuming the answer is yes, but asking just in case...
It seems like the artist who made that City picture didn't even know from which game the song was. In fact, it seems they had no idea what the song even sounded like in the first place. Based on the list of songs from the OP, if we look at the entry for City, there isn't any additional info that could help make a relevant bg. The judges played the file and know that it's (not obviously) a song from the level 1 stage of the Power Rangers game on SNES.
Do you tell this info to the artists to help them out? Because if not, then I feel bad for the artist because I literally couldn't have come up with something much better than they did.
edit: tsuka is a power rangers fan, it all makes sense now!!

that dude on the left is missing a finger
We literally have a Google spreadsheet with the songs that need graphics and youtube links to them that MacGravel set up so they can listen to the song.
And yes, spoiler alert, massive Power Rangers fan.
