Any word on the best healing classes? I'm most likely gonna play my paladin in Legion if I get it. I have every other class nearly maxed (80 or higher)

Maybe at the start of the xpack, everything changes as they release more content and do some buffs/nerfs.

I have a bank alt FULL of just shirts. Mostly the Horde-only shirts because I was Alliance.
I bought them because I thought it was funny, and I tried to control the cosmetic items market of the AH on my server (and I did a damn good job of it, to the point where literally anyone who wanted Sulfuras had to go through me to get the hammer, etc.)

It's hilarious to think my bank alt is sitting on many millions of gold now because of my shirt collecting
I might have to log in just to see if I can turn my shirts into some real world $$$ once the update hits

Okay so I guess my shirt collection is a lot less than it used to be. Oh well, still have some rare ones like the Sleeveless T-Shirt but RIP

EDIT 2- or were they made no longer available but not removed in which case I am sitting on a lot of like, Undead starting character Thug Shirts that nobody can get since Cataclysm lmao

Thug Shirt is one of the more valuable shirts too lmao. Hope you have some blue Primitive Mantles as well, those are worth like at minimum 100k per shirt. I managed to get mine for around 30k recently on another server by trading some valuable pets for it.
Currently I'm missing the following shirts:
Recruit's Shirt
Trapper's Shirt
Warder's Shirt
Recruit's Shirt
Squire's Shirt

Also missing Initiate's Tunic but I don't know if that's even really something players have.

I imagine a fair amount since the last time we talked. I am sure we should catch up (probably out of thread). Getting back into WoW again and looking for a cool place to settle in guild wise for the next xpac. Any guild I am in at this point never talks or hardly has any people on. Even open to rolling a brand new character if I have to.

I honestly hope they get better because as is, if I'm allowed to make any decisions on who we have for healers, it's likely that I won't be happy with a paladin.
but we also have a month and a half or so to get used to the new class changes, so maybe one of the pallys in our guild will pick it up and be good at it by the time legion hits

at the end of the day I ultimately don't care about these legendaries being easily available to everyone. but I do think that having them just drop while questing or whatever devalues them; at some level, it's just so you can say "HEY LOOK I HAVE AN ORANGE." it's not a legendary, it's an orange.

what I do care about is that these will eventually be mandatory for raiding beyond lfr which is something I absolutely will be working towards this xpac. if I want to tank, I'll need to get three of the four prot legendaries. if I want to run fury, I'll need all four. the only legendary that I'd actually care about is the bracers. self healing is always welcomed.

I guess this has a diablo-ish feel to it, but eh. it doesn't affect my general gaming but it will affect my raiding.

Ret pala sucks ass. I'm sure it'll work out at level 110 but at level 100 it sucks humongous dick. I'm seriously frustrated by it. I went from 80-90k single target dps to 32-34k dps and I can't even solo ToT/mogu'shan vaults bosses right now. It feels clunky as fuck and I get kited for life in pvp with hardly any catch-up spells and basically only one ranged attack (judgment). I still have some things to do that will go away when the expansion hits but I doubt I'll be able to finish them with this piss poor dps cause who's gonna invite rets to raids now lmfao

edit: at least I got the fabulous title though

edit2: ok I just got 53k dps on kazzak I guess but that's still half of what I used to do lol

Anyone part of a chill and laid back guild that is actually active? I'm willing to roll a new toon on a new server to get to actually be a part of a guild who cares about the game. It's kinda killing me to either be in the ones I am in or not be in one.

Most of the changes I read in the notes are pretty chill, like you said Tristan the Ret pally @100 is very lackluster and I hope they tweak them to where they will be viable and not a low-tier raid class

Pumped to try my Fury Warrior though, Enrage is stupid broken from what I read (double attack speed + double rage generation + if they didn't change previous Enrage which is % damage increase + mastery % to that) and it's really easy to pop Enrage/maintain it. Arms looks more viable for PvE now than it was, solely relying on Colossal Smash to start your huge damage spikes would be good for burst phases on bosses.

DK lmao barely any changes (rip killing machine frost strike procs for when ob is down)

Welcome back Melee Survival Hunter (heard both sides of it'll be good/unique and it'll be utter trash, we'll see)

fury warrior absolutely destroys things, it's so fucking GOOD
saving battle cry for when I get a wrecking ball proc, pop battle cry -> rampage -> bladestorm will melt packs in no time

I'm in shitty gear but my dps increased quite a bit with the new fury changes
gonna test out prot this evening now that I'm not working
