Empirically, this works terribly, as this is not a game that lends itself to analytical strategies as much as it should.

It comes exactly from the place where I'm getting voted.

Being superficial for the fun of it is my game, which is easily interpreted as being superficial because I have something to hide.

The reason I'm not providing reads is:

1) They really only say more about myself than others, but of course this is beneficial both for hiding as a wolf and proving myself as a townie, which brings me to...

2) I really can't make as accurate reads as I would like, not knowing anyone's meta, and it's much easier to accidentally get lynched than it is to affirm alliances. "Lynch Soundwave oh he's green" doesn't really help town day 1.
