Sad to admit, I only played Evolution, and that one AoE wave and pulse gun (whatever the name was for it) was fun as hell

Charging the shotgun so it sprayed an array of 200+ bullets at once was dumb

Heh, I do plan to visit that game if my Turok marathon holds strong. I remember having a lot of fun with Evolution, despite it being an awful mess of glitches.

I don't think using newbs as a lynch target early is good, I agree with Zenith there
But personally I'm more inclined to at least want to pressure them given first impression is gonna come out one way or another, why make it on their terms

Plus it's not about how well you get treated, it's about how well you play the game and participate. In that sense, my point being that it's healthy to apply pressure to new players, still stands I think

Well, this isn't a question about how peeps treat you now. I'm asking how would you like, if you were new, to be treated.

Yaah, and I said my answer would be too biased for it to hold weight. I mean, I'll answer the question for argument's sake:
I would want people to acknowledge my existence and value my input about other players and dynamics, but I wouldn't want to be faced with aggression I wasn't prepared to handle - it would be off putting.

I say my opinion is biased in that sense because I believe most people would prefer, as a new player, to be UTR.
