Now looking at your graph, it seems like there are occasional spots in which you dump 2 goods at a time (It looks like the second to last green X was 3g dump and the one before that was a 2-0-0-1 dump) and that's a sign of "I can improve this".

On this song precisely, I don't focus on the streams as much as I should be, but I focus on the transfers and walls that start showing up around 300-400 combo.

Bam. Done.

Missing a few steps here.

Do above (you can use paint to save the screenshot and cut just the score screen), then you can go to any image hosting site (imgur being the most common) and upload and post the score as you normally would.

Alternatively, Halogen's advice works just as well and is probably the fastest solution to the API problem.

EDIT: Snipping tool is out of the way imo than just going to MSPaint and using their own Select + Cut option.

Alt+Print screen copies only the selected window, saves you from having to crop everything before uploading it.
That's if you wanna use MSpaint, Halogen's solution is by far the quickest/easiest way to upload (y)
