@iwaso your skill rating is now D6 so I put you in there for now. Let me know if there's no possible way you can be D6 Yet.

I think you need some more credits in the pool, I only feel comfortable getting rid of a few thousand right now, so I'll drop 5k to get the ball rolling, if nobody else donates I'll try to send some more.

Also, if it's not standard practice, can you make sure to send out a PM when tourney starts?

Probably was a bad thing I started this so close to players choice as it seems they got the real big donation, so for the time being there won't be too much we can do about that.
PMs will be going to everybody as reminders. That's pretty much standard.
You'll most likely be D1 don't sweat it. I just might pick a harder D1 song than normal just to get you accommodated to D2.

What I don't get is why I'm doing lvl 20-21 type songs in d1, but d2 is doing elements, which is a 23? Then again I thing a lot of the lower level difficulties are ridiculous, I can blackflag a 30 but can't come close on Seed? That's like an 11.. shit makes no sense to me lol.

Anyway, I'll toss the credits I can, try to maybe get a donation from staff? I mean a million credits is a shit ton.. if you're not management lol
EDIT: sent 8k, I gave my wife 50k when she started playing FFR a few weeks ago, so I'll try to get like half back and give it here too.

Also, gstar still hasn't given out credits. I don't think I won anything in that tourney, but he did say the remaining pot would be split between the participants, and I have nothing, so I assume he hasn't done this. That said, if we can get that there's more donations, I'll give to this whatever if any I get from gstar, too.

song difficulty numbers don't start mattering until around D6. then you'll start noticing the differences between an 82 and an 86, or a 91 and a 95 for D7's lol

Not scoring double digit goods on the easy D2 songs? Then again, who's to say what a D2 song is.

Divisions (and difficulty in general) seem to be more of an art than a science.

Semi-Update: There hasn't been very many teams put together. I'll check the numbers in a bit to see how many teams we will have if I just put people in random teams.

The original plan was to have ~8 teams, so if it seems like there hasn't been anything going on, we've just been playing the waiting game to get more teams. Plus, it might have something to do with the small prize pool.

It'll still start at the scheduled time, so people still have enough time to sign up.


EDIT: With the current FA pool we can make an extra 3 teams, leaving us with 7 teams. Would you all be okay with that or should it be delayed in order to get more teams? I'll leave the choice to you guys.
