While I think it's neat that there's a controller to purchase to play your own SDVX, I find the thread title still a bit misleading. I was expecting some tips on where to actually find the program to play the game. It's not like the game has been officially released onto a gaming console, and I don't think the general public is expected to find their own way to play the game. Now one would probably have to research on an emulator to play SDVX, but regardless I just wanted to point that out.

I think I'll give SDVX a try at AN if it's available, but I certainly won't be...prepared.

With K-Shoot Mania also doing things like BoF (SF2015 - Shooter Festival) I think it is more interesting now to own the controller and then enjoy original songs people made.

It's 100 yen per play (3 songs) in japan so If you get to play 300 songs with your controller it pays for itself.

I bought my svse5 off a random guy that lives a 15 minute drive from me for $140 cash a little over a week ago. just by pure chance stumbled across an ad of his that he literally posted the same day I messaged him, lmao. practically brand new and with 50g omron switches, so it definitely beats having to pay almost $300 CAD because the controller is in USD and there's shipping on top zzz

I'm struggling to pass 14s atm but then again I've played for less than a week on/off
