I imagined this as softing the first time I read it, he's saying that "I will be in this building, if you go in this building you will be safe because I'm a bodyguard" or whatever, iirc he was the only one to specifically mention a room he was going to take residence in, but I would need to check again

(And I think he's bluffing if this is really what he was saying)
