Pretty much knew when I played both files that they were gonna come out on top. I actually wanted to see Bulldozer 5 win but 2 was a really close second choice. Congrats both of you!

nice job ilikexd, bulldozer 2 was a definite favorite for me this round. 5 was a close seconds so props to AJ as well.
well deserved win.

Almost exactly the way I thought it would be, except I thought I could grab 3rd from T-rog just because of that one bad transition.
The rest of his file was equal or better though (especially in terms of cut) so I don't feel cheated at all.
Megamon was definitely the most solid of the non-Bulldozers, and the 6th place finishers feel right to me too.
1st and 2nd were obvious. Grats Nathan and AJ!

But you need to remember who is judging. I'm imagining the judges, who are all skilled at the game, simply would have preferred me to layer more aggressively.
Very easy to argue that my file is understepped, even though that's the way I personally like to step songs like Bulldozer.
Also my cut wasn't focused enough, I'd imagine that's the main thing that brought me under T-rog's file.Last edited by hi19hi19; 09-25-2014, 10:16 PM.

Honestly looking through the ratings, if there's any one I disagree with it's the rating for xXOpkillerXx's file.
That file was fuckin FUN.
I came back to play it the most out of any of the files that weren't the 4 high ranked Bulldozers.
Maybe woulda tossed him a few more points for replayability, because in the end the file simply being fun IS a valid concern; this is a game after all.
Oh well, Opkiller gets extra points in my heart <3

I suppose I can still hold out the unlikely hope that someone will pick my file for Spinal Fluid Explosion Girl as the tournament file they want added into the game/queue rofl
I'd love a chance to go over that and fix the shitty ending to it, because I'm very happy with it otherwise.
But I know if I don't have the chance, someone else will probably send theirs in, and I'd rather not compete with people in the queue if I can help it (I have tons of other options, after all)
