I think I'm pretty close to being D3 so I'm planning on ghosting all the way through as well as finishing in D2, my goal is to be D3 by the time the official tournament comes around.

Quite honestly -

Have a D7.5.

In D7.5 you can put everyone that wants to Ghost D7. And that way it's not all mumbo jumbled on the spreadsheet. lol

And where is this placement program I've been reading about >.<

The program itself just gives approximate AAA-equivalents to each score in a levelrank. (i.e. a BF or low SDG on a 60 may be recorded as a 59-59.5 by the program) What I then do is take the data, exclude any obvious outliers (such as dashoe's or Zageron's AIM Anthem AAAs) then look at the top scores and place with that.

And I didn't use the FAQ scores entirely, I used <30/30/50/60/70/80/90, because top scores may be on strongest patterns (such as jacks for myself) and the actual average ability of the players for the players may be lower. (If the player was +/- 1.5 from a cutoff, they were placed in a X.5)
