what offset do I mess with to get it synchronized?

If you're using R3, you need a global offset of at least 1 (I work with 1.7). I wouldn't fiddle too much with judge offset, but just try to tune the global offset until you're comfortable with it.

I've been using R^3 as my main engine now, and I was experiencing the same problem, but I only use the judge offset (0.5) and a framerate of 37 and it works like the Legacy, but my laptop is older than me.

It took me a legit half hour to figure this out though, hope the same doesn't happen to you IC

Exactly why i still use legacy, well one of the many reasons. I dont have to change anything or play with anything i can just hop on and play lol
