Also there are players I suspect might be blues/special villains but I'm not sure when to bring that up without getting them killed, is there a way to do that or do you usually just let them claim when they need to?

If someone comes in and claims a role they'll likely be the night kill, so if they don't show up I don't think it really makes a huge difference overall.

I cower in incertainty and struggle with my convictions until I unkowingly delay it past deadline. Or I could shuffle around and give no time for somebody else to claim. Would you prefer that.
