You saw the recent thread about it. You saw their reactions. You know the end result. Not sure how that was about me being "hostile". He brought it up so I thought I should let him know about it. Clearly, he wanted to see a reaction out of me.

I was removed from the team permanently because I fucked up by not communicating well with the other judges about my progress on the notes. I never turned in my notes and people complained about it. When I judged for FFR in the past, I always turned in my notes early and I was very good with my notes. These past two batches that I have done, I just was not turning them in on time because I had too much on my hands and that I would constantly be looking over my notes just to make sure I was not being biased.

I never had to do this before but since I have not judged files in a while, I had to somewhat re-train myself not to be too biased. I even told bmah that I was unsure of my notes being good enough for submission but he said that it was fine so I submitted it. It turns out that my notes ended up being horrible. This past batch however, I ended up losing my notes and I got upset. I basically said "fuck it". Common sense would have told me to go tell the judges about it the moment I lost my notes but instead, I was too focused on my laptop not turning on and I never got to that until two weeks later. Huge mistake on my part.
