All you kids out there playing Stepmania in your basements when you get home from school or all the weekend warriors out there take note of this guy right here. This is how you do it kids. All I see these days are hot-shot rookies who swing for the fences and have no control or class; but this, right here ladies and gentlemen, is class. Sadly though, you just don't see good clean scores on DIFFICULT TECHNICAL files like these anymore. It's all about how many perfects you can get on Game Time or see how high a rate you can AA We Luv Lama on. The days of SDG FCs and AAAs on 1.0x rate are dead in the wind, but guys like Zyphoror make me feel like it's possible to relive those days again.

Honestly though the fact that I can't recall a single person AAAing talm beginner (which was played a shit-ton 8+ years ago and still lots now), along with only seeing one Eruption spread AAA ever (that being during the golden age when going for AAAs meant something) really makes this a big score post in my eyes.

edit: Thaor AAA'd talm beginner I think but with ~150 perfs. We're talking about Thaor though, the GOD of PAing shit. Unreal AAAs man, good job.

I have a dream to one day be able to AAA technical files but my control needs a lot of improvement.

Maybe 2 years from now I'll be able to post scores like this

I'm reluctant about posting these, but w/e its been a really long time since I've played this game competitively, I'm surprised I can still vibrate lmao. Can probably AA this considering I was in the middle of fcing the end wall on one run and got distracted and lost it.

Arms hurt too bad after playing AOAO edit so I just played heavy instead of oni.

After wrecking my hands the day before I got the previous scores, I decided to play some simple songs, and found out I had a HUGE accuracy boost. It made me so happy afterwards that it motivated to play SM even further

Holy shit, this score made me so happy. Last time I played this file I had 1-2CBs and 18 greats, and this was less than month ago. Needless to say this made me so happy. I almost AAA'd this file, and plus it surprised me how I didn't get mindblocked while playing this file.


This surprised me. For the first time I actually didn't get mindblocked doing this file and did a super clean 5 greats on this file. I had such a great improvement

I was doing my best impression of an insane hockey personality Don Cherry who rants a lot, so don't take that too seriously haha. I was really just applauding Zyph's skills and that he reminds me of someone like Bahamut-X or Thaor who were just solid all-around PA players. There weren't many players like that around then and there are almost no players who can do that now, however it's nice to see that people can still do some of these things.

Lowered my greats by 2.



I finally learned how to hit that one stream.



This chart has gotten surprisingly easy for me, MA is really nice.



I'm going to have to get more used to this chart and more stamina before I could AA this.
