my response to your post is that,

people who play TOP should NOT be getting the majority of the kills

TOP laner's job is to get kills primarily in a ONE vs ONE or TWO vs TWO up top with a jungler (ganks/counterganks)

if the top laner grabs all the kills even in teamfights, then the gold distribution becomes skewed towards your toplaner, and if your toplaner dies in later teamfights, the rest of your team goes down as well


thus, you must try your best to secure kills for your TEAMMATES and not for yourself

in the case where you had to secure kills and you're fed to shit, you have to ward up and try to help your teammates catch up




simply: shit on enemy toplaner 1v1/2v2, but don't take kills in 5v5s if possible

Yup I try to give kills to teammates when possible but a lot of the time they are too scared to go in. I very rarely have like 15+ kills because I am not dumb, sometimes a top just gets a bunch of kills for saving their teammates. Most of the time I get many kills from the top laner then roam and help gank lanes or push the shit out of top.

I play every game with the mindset of team wall/wards. It only took me a week 1/2 to get to gold from silver 3 because I had that mindset.

ye, it's kinda why i love playing tanky tops (i just build tanky p much on every jung/top when i play ranked)

being a nuisance that soaks up CC and peeling skills is basically your job

gotta do it smartly though

(i h8 playing chars like riven cause you die instantly, even when fed)

just don't play until season 4

your MMR will soft reset and you'll start FRESH

so if you get like a 10 win streak in season 4 preseason, you will be put into gold/high silver

im not considering quitting because i can't get out of bronze, losing ranked games in LoL just really, really makes me angry for some reason. i've got a tough college schedule and a lot of pressure to do well and i'm beginning to see the futility of purposefully participating in activities (such as LoL) that keep making me upset and thus lose focus on what's really important.
