@Isaac: I'm sorry for underestimating how good a score is? You're right to an extent, I might not be able to judge some of his scores, but I've played a couple of files that he has played (albeit some 0.1 rate under but I could imagine how hard they are and what he should be getting) so I think I can somewhat judge if a score is good or not. Obviously he's the best person to determine whether he got a good score or not, but we'd be giving half-assed compliments if he posts a score and no one can really understand how good it really is.

I felt that the Prelude to Insanity 1.1 score is "expected" of him, he struggles with the jack section, he destroyed the polyrhythm section, it's all expected of him, but still good.
I had no intention of saying that Stian's scores are bad by any means. If I called them insane... why exactly am I trying to downgrade his scores to begin with?

I've always felt that you had a grudge against/didn't like me, which is fine I guess. I'm just surprised to see you posting something like that because well, it's not common for you to post anything like that.

Shadow 40 misses on destiny gamma isn't anywhere close to an AA unless you meant another file, that destiny gamma has nice PA and cleanliness however

Also I think Isaac meant that seeing something like that life graph for prelude to insanity 1.1 doesn't deserve a comment like "expected". I can see his point about how "expected" puts pressure on Staiain to constantly impress players, and Staiain gets uncomfortable with that.

...It's almost as if he plays the game only to impress people. He doesn't. He posts what's good for him. He doesn't necessarily need to impress anyone.

Staiain is his own biggest fanboy. He should take eze, oC or dynamo as an example. They're constantly breaking limits as well, but never bragging about it.

The hell, that is uncalled for. There's a difference between bragging and enthusiasm,
learn to spot the difference before posting fucking condescending accusations like this. I play the game for fun, I like pushing myself and I work hard and I
don't see any problem with being happy about my results after the effort I put into the scores I get. Even if I am at the level I'm at doesn't mean I can't
be as active as the rest of the people and post scores or want feedback like others.

This is also true, but I've kinda learned to ignore it lately.





For the record I'm not trying to impress anybody I play this game for fun, and if I wanted to get famous or get praised stepmania's the last chice cause nobody cares about the game anymore,
if I wanted E-fame I'd fucking play another game instead so yeah. Drop it with the accusations.
