I like new Heimer in theory, from what I can tell watching the EU streamers he excels at the same stuff (zone control, pushing and holding sieges) but his W is SIGNIFICANTLY less gay and actually takes aim and has counterplay if you are a low-range champion.
And his new animations are just amazing either way.
Hoping he retains his niche pick status while being more fun to play.

LoL Website says that the harrowing ends on the 12th, Icons will be given by the 15th, something about ward skins till the 19th.
