These last few days will be spent assessing discrepancies between placement judges as thoroughly as possible. Your placement, among many others, is still under review. Unfortunately, it appears that the timeliness of a few may result in the majority of borderline participants learning of their division the night of.

Mine should be super easy to deal with:

I'm a D1 player with D2 stats. If you only care about gameplay stats, put me in D2, if you care about the actual current skill of the player or want to be a nice guy because I'm Devonin, put me in D1. Debate over.

I feel like my compulsion to play all the songs and never let failed-out scores save puts me at a slight disadvantage for placement, because the judges can see exactly what I can do, whereas with some other people it's a little more guessing because scores can be all over the place. Oh well, still hyped and waiting patiently for placement :P.

Also, as far as performance goes, I'll probably lose as soon as there's a jacky file :<

I have always felt the same way in these situations. Ive played every song, so i have stats. I also went out of my way to FC and AAA as much as possible, My level ranks are clean up to 37 and on top of that i have everything up to a 61 FC'ed. Due to that, people look and think im better than i really am. I tend to think im better than i am.

I dont think working on level ranks necessarily puts you at a disadvantage. sure people who don't look into it too much are impressed by your 1050 FCs and 650 AAAs when you're D3, but someone like me who has >900 AAAs with highest AAA as a 70 will still be considered equal with someone w/ 135 AAAs w/ same highest AAAs. (obvs non-aaa scores considered equal)

Once you have a few FMO AAAs, the fact that you've AAA'd every song 60 and below doesn't matter in determining your skill and placement.

People doing placements are very thorough, so it's doubtful that it'll matter
