Yo what's wrong with Triforce on Graves

That was THE season 2 Graves build, it's not like it got any worse after they buffed Triforce to be the single most broken item in the game.
Gives chase/escape potential, good dps stats, a little tankiness, and reliable burst... seems solid to me?
