ALSO man I love games like this, really tryhard ranked games that come down to the wire

My adc didn't say anything in champ select so I just picked Zyra because she's fun, then when adc had a chance to pick he instalocked Ashe because Cloud 9. Then admitted he really didn't know what he was doing on Ashe. I was like, okay we can make it work.
In lane we kinda got stomped. A bunch of good Zac ganks while our Xin was kinda useless, plus we sorta got naturally outlaned by Sona Ezreal's earlygame damage. Midgame, Swain got fed by Kass and Xin and terrored our team in 2 dragon fights allowing them to push up to our inhib towers in all lanes. Thankfully our Singed and Xin pooped on Jax early so he was pretty underfed all game.
Their Sona was warding hardcore, but I outwarded her because she because she would get like 10 sight wards whereas I would get like 6 vision wards with the same money and kill all her wards. I told my team to escort me while we got baron control and they actually listened. This let us bait them to baron twice, first we went even but that let me finish my Morellonomicon so that we could kill Swain outside of catching him with an Ashe arrow alone (NOBODY WAS IGNITING HIM IN FIGHTS ASDFLSJFD)
The second baron fight I got my E and R across their whole team followed up by an Ashe arrow on Swain and we won pretty decisively, letting us get baron and an inhib and win shortly after.

Feels really good to win via good warding and baron baits after being down 8-19 midgame and being pushed in at our inhib towers.

Am trying for gold. Been up for promo once before, and am currently in a series that I'll probably lose cuz I'm 0-2 in it. Usually I end up as a support, and usually I'm pretty damn good at it. Can jungle okay on a couple of people but I'm terrible at the current jungle meta. Dislike top because of it's snowballiness, am a fairly good carry, and I don't even know how I am mid anymore because someone always locks in. Outside of ranked though I rarely ever lose my lane mid, and although I'm not the best at roaming I am great at punishing other mids for roaming.

just want to point out that it literally doesn't matter if you win/lose games because overall the elo system will naturally push you up higher and higher dependant on how long you play. that's why u have some dumbass friends in d/p/g that u know do not belong there they just have like 800 ranked games played LOL

i was in malphite's rangers
then fizz's spellswords
then dr. mundo's scouts for diamond

the only thing going for me in dr. mundo's scouts is that d1 has imaqtpie in it L0L raise ur dongers i guess

the coolest diamond division though imo is poppy's paladins

so sick...... also has all the LCS smurfs in it : )
