It's the sum of the difficulties of your best 5 or fewer, your best 10 or fewer, your best 20 or fewer, your best 40 or fewer, and your best 80 or fewer, in terms of goods, with an average being 1.8 goods and a boo being 1/13.75 goods.

Except my best 40 or fewer and 80 or fewer are probably non FCs. Using miss = 2.4 goods, assuming there can be repeats, I get for myself :

5: 75 (Of course you need me)
10: 75 (Of course you need me)
20: 79 (NaiNai 69)
40: 83 (I hate the 80s)
80: 86 (Pandora)

= 398

I'm pretty sure you should include misses somehow, but still a decent starting point for balancing teams.

As long as you don't count crowdpleaser, sounds like a good system. I think I'm the lowest in that group though lol.

Edit:// 13.75 boos making a good seems extremely random, you used 1.8 for averages, why not use 2.4 for misses and .2 for boos as well?

Also, using Doug's thing, I came up with this (weee for randomizer) to see what would happen if it went just the way it is. Sorted the list from most to least, using Axith & Soul. as the middle ground.

I've decided to use four people for each team except for a few teams which will have five people because of uneven divisions. ^.^

*edit* For teams without five people, the captain chooses one person within your team to participate twice within a cycle; however, you CANNOT use the same person to participate twice in more than one cycle.

Also, for clarification, the captain stays the captain for the entire tournament (unless he or she drops out), and the captain chooses the order every time a new cycle will start. ^.^

This also means that every cycle will have five rounds.
