The way you stepped the song is a bit too rigid, and can you tell me why did you put 95 as bpm when this song is clearly 190? It plays well, isn't too long and overall it's already enjoyable. I think you can work on pattern choices to make it flow a bit better. The easy chart is stupidly watered down, with a lot of freeform 8ths and a lot of annoying and out of place difficulty peaks. I want you to make the easier chart having in mind the limitations of a beginner playing this pack, try to make the challenge more homogeneous throughout the song. On the harder chart you can be more accurate and go for some more layering but keep an eye on the manifold usage, it feels like it's a bit too much.
On the question of the BPM: if increased to the proper BPM, the chart would be aesthetically poor I think. With most everything being quarters or eighths, it just doesn't quite look correct. I'd prefer on a personal level to leave it as is, but I'll change it if I must. I'll try to clean up the patterns, difficulty peaks, and the easier difficulty.

Mi40, should I double the BPM or leave it as it is? I'd rather have your insight here before I resubmit it next.

I appreciate the feedback, thank you.

i dont mind you changing the bpm, aesthetics in terms of color isnt a big issue for easier files so go ahead and change the bpm like necros said since the file is 190

I'm still trying to get a grasp of what the upper bound limits are in terms of difficulty, because I have a few songs I would like to chart but have no idea if they're going to end up within range.

EDIT: @ Xel: when it comes to easier files, it's better to use the simplest quantized rhythm, because newer players aren't quite accustomed to more complex rhythms.

any chart that is around VC-FMO area on the ffr scale should be oni/edit
we're looking for anything below VC, preferably 2-8 on old scale of 1-12

also you should still remove the grace notes since most newer players will go "wtf why is this 2 diff colors"

the missed note should really be put, there are very audible sounds to the main melody which means you can't just ignore those sounds

keep the trill from 63.136s ~ 64.779s, trust me

for 63~76s on heavy chart: i still think you should remove the runningmen and just step this part to the background violin + drums since from 76s and on you have 16ths that are very audible and more prominent than the sounds you chose to step 16ths to from 63-76s
I'll quantize the grace notes in Heavy, and leave them as it is in Edit and Oni. IMO once you're at the skill level to be able to do Oni and Edit, I think they should be able to interpret what they are and what they indicate.

I already placed the 8th notes back in as soon as I read the post.

Would a 16th stream from 63-76s be overdoing it for an Edit chart?

Just to clarify: The runningmen stream should be simplified in Heavy only correct? I copy/pasted it into Oni, which used to be the stream with 8th note jumpgluts. ATM in DDReam, both charts have 8ths + vocals in that section.

Should the trill be 16th, 24ths, or 16ths leading to 24ths? I'm thinking of the latter, as the crash roll gets louder.

                  Released!

Oh wow! Alright, yeah -- I think I have some songs that will be perfect for this.

I'll start with Innocence of Silence by NC ft. NRG Factory -- good old DDR songs

grace notes are good now since the song is low bpm, gj on that

for edit 16th streams should be totally fine

and yes runningmen stream should be simplified in heavy only

the trill @ 64.66s on ONI is fine as 24ths, the trill @ 87.5s on oni should be three 24th notes and the trill @ 89s should be 24ths not 32nds
i also noticed you didn't step the drums correctly from 65s ~ 66.45s on both charts, fix this!

This file does a pretty good job conveying the song's feel while being easy, but i want you to check your consistency on the jump usage. Some sounds could have been better accented. Having an harder chart for this would be ideal. I like what you did and with a few touchups it should be good to go.
I was kinda liking this one, however mi40 already rejected it based on the song choice. Looking at his review he didnt even test the file as his comments were just "song is bad and the vocals annoying".

                          Well, it's his pack.

your other song that was similar (anime op/ed) was good though

Please dont take any offense from my comment. I dont actually care that much if the song makes it into the pack. My goal is to get some feedback so i can improve. Im not even saying that the chart was any good. It just struck me to get it rejected without any clue how it could have been better.

no offense taken dont worry, i didnt take the time to point out things in your guren no yumiya file because well, i just dont think it's the right type of song for this pack (for example if somebody tried to send really crazy speed metal it's prob not for this pack)
