Re: The Fitness Thread
I'm not sure if it's already been mentioned or not, but I'd figure I'd chime in. Been tryin to lose weight for awhile. I'd give it a go, then fail. Then try again, and repeat. Except this attempt. I decided to give Keto a go. Figured, why not, seems pretty easy and I have, well, a lot to lose I suppose. It's been working wonderfully so far. Appetite is down, energy is up.
I've also started using battle ropes. Only been using them for a couple days now but they kick the crap outta me. But they're fun to use so it's easy to keep doing. I haven't been keeping track of my weight but I can say that this pair of work pants I've been wearing that once were snug are now almost too loose to wear. This was just with the first month of dieting.
Just figured I'd share.I'm a figantic gaggotComment

Re: The Fitness Thread
Should be able to bring your squat and dead up a lot easily.
My bench 1RM is 260, and squat 390. You should be able to add 25 lbs to your squat easy, and probably more like 50 to that deadlift. That'll bring you close to 1000 right there.
Physique wise, from what I can see, lats probably your weakest area. Guns looking big.
edit: gotta prepare

Re: The Fitness Thread
It's strange that a lot of people I talk to have a higher squat than DL. My DL used to crush my squat. I could DL 300, but my squat was like 215.
I don't back squat or deadlift anymore for back reasons. I am front squatting now, but I'm working up slowly. Don't want to snap my shit up.
