Since you have provided me with 2 warnings (the 2nd one completely unnecessary, but I would expect that coming from the person who is fucking kayla) Just remove me from the tournament completely. I don't want to be associated with the hoster and you in this regard. When you start enforcing your infraction system thoroughly then come back at me with a response.

Go have fun on TS then ragequit there in another few days like you always do. I've already had enough with people on this site dragging in my personal life and I'm not about to sit back while you do it either. I'm already leaving the site once this is over. The only reason I stuck around was to not screw the people in this tourney. Idea, make the next official bracket style. Person A vs Person B per Division.

2-5 days to do whatever division song.

Winner goes through until the semi-file and so forth.

...

I would actually like to see that happening honestly, haha. Would it be "unfair"? Yeah... but I think it would make for interesting competition.

It would be unfair. Kind of. It NEEDS to be randomly generated. I honestly would love to see it happen though. Because that alone can change who wins.

But if there is a tournament that is not an official that does this, I would absolutely be down to try it.

2nd official tournament was bracket style and each person was seeded and placed based on level ranks. i think it'd be cool to have another like that one day

A bracket style tournament would more closely emulate other rhythm game tournaments, but... gauntlet (what we're doing now) is a lot more practical considering how large the divisions are. You would need a hybrid mix between gauntlet/bracket to work best (change to bracket when down to 16 people?).

It's certainly not a bad idea for user-run tournaments, because upsets do have the potential to happen if the host analyzes level ranks and picks relatively close songs.

Ugh. I'm now down to 16th in D4 and I can't seem to do better than 12-0-1-4 for some reason. I'm slowly getting mindblocked on the opening so I'd better stop for awhile. This is exactly what happened to me in the last official in round 4. On top of that, I will not be able to play again until next Tuesday after tomorrow due to my crazy social life, work life and traveling all over the place.
