Thanks to some great help from qqwerf, I got quite a few of the packs I was missing! Although like anything else, once you solve a few mysteries, even more arise. Here are the packs that I am missing from R21freak, along with a few other packs that qqwerf is missing at the moment. If you have any of these packs, PLEASE UPLOAD them somewhere so I can host them on SMO for everyone to download! This project needs community help, so please join on in!

If you are wondering, there are 973 packs currently uploaded to SMO, with 4 packs currently in the uploading queue. I have a whole site I'm downloading some new packs from, so once those are added to the queue SMO might hit 1,000 packs soon enough! I did some classifying today, and deleted all of the duplicates hiding around. Things will hopefully be hitting the smooth side fairly soon, and I'll just be updating new packs and looking for missing ones.

If you release a new pack, or see one released, POST IT HERE! Although I will try to keep on top of new packs on FFR, if you are a part of other SM communities, please help me out with this. The faster I know of new packs existing, the faster they can be permanently hosted and never become broken or undownloadable.

I really do hope so. I don't want for the bits of what are the community's efforts of making StepMania entertaining to disappear from the face of the earth. As you all full well know, this is what has been happening to many packs overtime, and it really is time someone does something about it.

I'm going to compare my page to the Indeed current pack list, and try to fill in some of the missing packs in the database starting tonight. It'll probably take me some time to sift through, but someone has to do it right?

PS: If you know anyone who might have any of the missing packs listed, try and contact them. Let's not allow parts of SM history to vanish if we can help it.

This is a double post, but I just wanted to bump this thread to say that SMO has officially exceeded 1,000 packs! Actually exceeded is the wrong word, destroyed rather.

SMO currently has 1,169 packs uploaded to the website! This has a total size of about 162.5GB.

I've got some pack classification to do, but it'll probably be slow due to watching the crap out of AGDQ. Qqwerf should have FTP access to upload the packs he has over the next couple of days, which by my estimate should put the pack total over 1300!

Thanks a lot Foxfire for doing all of this.

Would it be possible to get my packs mirrored on SMO? Ever since the Mediafire links went down I've been scrambling to get them uploaded to multiple filehosts. My thread on FFR is here. You'll probably want to download them all from Zippyshare as it's a lot faster than DepositFiles.

Also, is it okay to hotlink to files on SMO, or should people just link to the downloads page?

You can share them in anyway you see fit. It is going to use smo's bandwidth either way. Not that I'm implying that is an issue.
