When I play Garen I rush a Giants belt and Chain vest.
After that he becomes annoying as hell since you can't damage him at all unless you have a ranged poke to stop his passive from procing.
Other than that, you win lane.

Mmmmm, on Garen I agree.. I've found rushing sunfire cape, warmog, or brutalizer is decent for lane, depending on the matchup

It's fun to build Garen differently depending on what kind of comp your team has.

I was goofing around and and ended up meeting a bunch of people from FFR in a random normals. Cool.



Then I tried AP Miss Fortune and actually ended up doing well. (I used my friends account because he had the MF skin I wanted to use but didn't have the RP yet sadly)

Okay, so I tested out a new build in a custom game for tankable Garen:

Will this suffice as a good build? Considering I got 2 Penta Kills and couldn't die like at all?




Going to test it out in a PVP game now to see how it works.

assuming they arent running some triple ap aoe comp, you dont need mr with that build. Garen w passive + runes + w active + ~4.5k health = couldn't give 2 sh*ts about magic damage.

Depends, they got cc? --> Merc
They got lotta bruisers (really common nowadays so you'll prolly end up getting) --> Tabi
You completely facerolled lane and just want to carry at the cost of def --> Lucidity

What CS should ADC's aim for in 20 minutes?

good benchmark ~150. Yeah there's potential for a lot higher, but with 2v2 lane pressure and early roaming for objectives/jungle action (which becomes more and more common the higher up the ladder you go) lane cs tends to go down.
