Yeah, the end doesn't bother me much. There is that shitty 32nd roll part around 1050 Combo that I always get nervous on because the rhythm and pattern before it are complete shit and I honestly just blank out and hope I hit it. xD

There's a roll there? XD

Yeah, the roll comes by, but if you're going with the flow of the chart, IT STILL COMES OUT OF NOWHERE! However, your fingers would've already been going pretty speedy so just a minor increase feels natural as you tap-tap-tappity-tap

Also, I bet you fellas are having trouble with that 16th note anchor happening with jumps everywhere.

What's worse about the 32nd roll is that it has 2 frame intervals on an entire side so straight jumptrilling is very risky if you're trying to AAA it.

Alright, so on the isolation engine I added in Genre 1:
- Gravity Blast 32nd roll
- Gravity Blast Trill Jumpstream 1 (the one near the beginning)
- Gravity Blast Trill Jumpstream 2 (the one at the end)

Acording to the official ffr picture dictionary Found here an anchor is "there's 1 recurring arrow (also known as anchor)"

So in the case of the following screen shot



The up arrow would be the "anchor" I suppose.

PS: No I didn't whip this up as an example. I did in fact use this pattern in a chart. It is hard as shit.

Edit: Just saw the part HellsRequiem is talking about. I think there are frame shenanigans because of the 192nds too.

There ARE frame shenanigans because of the white notes; I forgot to take into account the rounding down of the frames so honestly, I would be all for frame fixes on those.

I've about decided to not touch this song at all today and see what happens tomorrow. I tried to mind-block myself to hell and back last night, so some time not looking at it would probably be good for me.

On a side note, the Guild Wars 2 client may or may not need to be downloaded by midnight so I can start playing tonight...and this may or may not be affecting my decision.

Ah, thanks for the clarification guys. I just call that a runningman... didn't realize that the repeated arrow had a name, makes sense. I actually have more trouble transitioning in and out of that pattern than with the actual pattern itself though.

Well the example given was a runningman. Anchors simply refer to patterns with the frequent use of repeated arrows. Runningman is one of them, but not the only one.

[12]2[23]3[34]4 would be another example of patterns involving anchors.
