Yeah, I'll keep trying for a bit more tonight but it really will be sad that one of us -- most likely, is not going to make the cut.

Whatever position you may end up, it was fun competing with you (and the others of course!)

or you know it's a miracle and we both move on~ (pretty close to throwing in the towel after 40 runs today with NO improvement :<)

Edit: It was fun, I'm headed to bed... good luck to all the fellow competitors that are left . 6th place is nothing to scoff at.

That definitely sucks CBR, nothing really to do about it... I think the worst part is that you had SO much attention on you, it really must have put a little stress on you. :\ It's good though that you're not too concerned over a vidya game.

And does the round not start in 2.5 hours? Seems pretty dismal in here haha.

Well I think it's because at this point there will be what, 31 people moving on? Most people are just spectators by now.

Congrats on getting this far CBR, shame you and I are headed out but we've given it a damn good run.

I knew from the start I was the Elite 8 weak link, so no surprise on that front. But I really expected a CBR top-3, eh, oh well.

Interesting to note: If I were D4 I would've finished 7th. Seeing some of these cutoffs has put my head in a spin. Overflow D1, 2 or fewer in D2-D4, Rob AAA'ing offline and idiotically not doing so online. What a week.

I even managed to recruit an RL neighbor of mine into FFR; he's got hopes of working hard enough to make D1 next tourney time. So, everything's coming up Reshi.

As Tidus said, majority are just spectators now so it's now a low number that should still be getting excited. AND THOSE PEOPLE ARE NOT SMACK TALKIN' IN THIS THREAD!

I demand some talk about someone's mother being unsatisfactory!

And for this round, if no one still improves in D4, I would've placed 7th as well.

Got 3-1-0-x as my best.

I feel like I missed out in the 6th official because I didn't pay attention to the other divisions. Maybe this time people are less interested due to the people they think should be in higher divisions?

I do know 6th Official had way more hype/posts than this thread.

Edit: Wow 6th Official had 9,102 posts. This thread is only half that.

That could be the case since there's a lot of people claiming players should be this and that and this and that and that.

Not going to lie, there are some players that have been placed which make me raise a brow as to how in the world they got to that position and how they managed to this very day be left alone without being fiddled around with.

I'm not talking about players that have improved, of course not. There's just a few that make me wonder. Though since no actions have been done because I'm sure there have been a lot of PM's thrown around, I'm just going to go with they also improved dramatically.

Everybody is also being very nice in this thread. Definitely a lack of smack talk (self included) that could maybe spice things up a bit.

At this point, I think everybody is just ready to see if they'll make it through another hour and a half to see what Round 7 has in store though lol. These blasted crazy-low cutoffs are hard on the nerves Saturday nights.
