Well, it cost me more to grind my weapon than to add abilities (560k for grinding compared to 140k for adding abilities).
So 560k=+205atk and 140k=+60atk. It costs roughly 2.5k to add 1 attack in both situations.
Obviously I got unlucky in both the grinding and adding abilities, but for units this rarely happens.

The prices listed in the players shop are super jacked. It doesn't nearly cost as much as some may think it does.
The weapon that took me 700k to fully deck out is selling for around 3.5 million meseta wtf
The sword in this post, I spent 200k to +10, Vol Soul + Power III sold for:


dat profit (rip taxes though ; __ ; )

I just see adding abilities the same as grinding a weapon.
Regardless, I see your point and it is a very valid one.

I say if you have the time to make the money spend it on getting as strong as you can.

There isn't exactly much else to do with it.

The game is kind of different without a premium or a myshop because money is a lot harder to come by. Anything you obtain is going to stay with you forever so you can't invest in anything to sell it later.

I still managed to buy some expensive costumes and ground 2 rares to +10 and added pretty good properties. It just isn't that necessarily to doing well.

okay so i FINALLY got a chance to play this game yesterday. a rl friend came over and he had it on his computer (of course the korean version, he didnt have the english fan patch)

my god i love this game.. does anyone know when an english release is coming around? i'd get it now, but i really don't think i could tolerate not understanding any in-game text..

If I'm correct (not 100% sure) you may need an authentication code, a couple other people had to get them recently.

That looks to be a misspelled username/password. (Error 602)

Edit: iirc, Error 678 means you didn't register for PSO2 on your SEGA ID yet.
