But then my lady friend got pissed off I was playing FFR instead of playing her. Then for the rest of the night she played the 'Only want me for my body' card and I didn't get to sleep with blankets that night.

Thanks dude, much appreciated. you really don't look to be overweight from what I can see in those pictures. Just do some calorie counting and cardio, shouldn't take long to see some ab action.

Any tips for losing bodyfat?
I'm basically just lowering caloric intake but I've wasted all this time with the math and none if it really pans out well

Trying to eat -1000 deficit under maintenance, been very meticulous about it.
If I were you, I'd do cardio a couple more times a week. Even if it's one of your rest days, you could go for a walk or something. I usually do 20 mins of cardio before and after my workouts, so that's 40 mins a day total, 5 days a week. It also helps if the only thing you drink is water, along with fresh foods.

Losing body fat is mathematics. Find your daily energy expenditure, eat about 300-400 calories deficit. You will lose weight. If not, adjust your diet. Easiest cardio routines I can think of that you can do in your home is Insanity. You can just download it and do it in your room. Eat right + Insanity, you will see progress. It's a great starter program. Once you gain more knowledge, you can make your own program.
Building muscle/losing fat and being healthy is 80% diet, remember that.

At the risk of embarrassing myself (I am out of shape like fuc):
74 inches tall
26 years old
236 pounds
48 inch waist
~35% bodyfat
Based on these stats I estimate my lean mass to be somewhere around 152 pounds, fat mass 84 pounds.
Calculating BMR using Katch-McArdle, about 1860 calories.
Does this all seem reasonable thus far?
Based on that, I figure exercises Monday through Friday with three weightlifting sessions + two cardio sessions means I can apply a multiplier of 1.4 or so, bringing maintenance to about 2600 calories. Minus 1000, that means I eat 1600 to lose 2 pounds per week since 7 days * 1000 calories = 7000 calories = 2 pounds of fat at 3500 cals/lb fat.
Diet is basically eggs, oats, protein shakes, veggies, rice, tuna, chicken breast, and lots of water. No sweets or sugars or soda.

Sounds like you have it down for the most part. Those numbers are pretty accurate, I would say. I wouldn't expect weight loss like you're expecting though, as it's different for everyone. Another cool little dietary adjustment you can make if you so please, is intermittent fasting. Just google "How to Intermittent Fasting". Essentially just condense your eating window, allowing your body to burn fat longer. Reach and I have been applying this to our diets, along with 3 of my friends and we're all having incredible results. Reach is down to 7.8% body fat.
